layoffs for sure happened today, I can say because I was impacted and NOT just those who were not performing, they laid off based on departments they no longer need. Yes AI is going to be taking over a lot of our jobs.
AI will be the nemesis of the finance, HR, Internal Fraud, and outside Sales departments. Just think, most of these people will be gone in 5 years with improvements in AI. It encourages you to think about obtaining a University of Phoenix degree in order to boost your competitive advantage.
Performance based layoffs are coming.
Yea. It’s likely, everyone with performance rating not meet expectations will be fired end of the month..
