Let the finger pointing and mud slinging begin. I visualize a picture where insurance, doctors, pharma, PBMs, employers all pointing at each other for costs being out of control while the poor patient is left holding the bill and doctors are left with myriads of administrative tasks.
I usually oppose large scale government intervention but feels like systematic change is needed across the system. Until then these petty lawsuits will continue
Too funny. The king organization of haggling prices due to overinflated first offers and zero leadership support of underwriting reason and personnel accuses pharmaceutical companies of inflated prices. This is the kind of behavior that undermines market confidence, erodes market share, and contributes to increased layoff pressures.
