A terrible place to be, Cargill that is. Not sure what’s worse not having a job or having a job and distrusting all round not believing anything you hear, in fact finding most stuff utterly ridiculous in this place. I’d say to the competitors you are best placed to outsmart this lot

countries in EMEA should be following I suppose.. for those with works councils..
Managerial roles were mostly on radar in wave 1 if you noticed..now it's more at team members level..

What does it mean “at the team level”? Anyone who’s not management is at risk? Whole teams are at risk? Or non-banded employees are at risk?
