As TU dont want to give underpaid staff who havent had a wage rise for a while a decent wage rise/bonus they are marking people as under performing if they have not been in the office 2 days a week last year.
It does not matter if you worked your butt off, if you did extra hours for free or could not afford commute costs (as they withheld rises and paid well under inflation in previous years).
Tough!! Chris and co need more Ferraris outside their mansions so you can go without heating.

TU doesn’t tie RTO to your performance indicator. If you’re seeing this, it’s your manager making this decision.
Sh---y or not, you best not think they can’t and won’t do this. If they want to get rid of people without paying severance this way will be implemented.
I just go to the office so I can doo-key in peace and not clog my one at home
If TU mandated a RTO and people are not adhering to that mandate you have to assume there will be repercussions from that. Maybe not this particular repercussion, but they will find a way to enforce this mandate. Common sense.
Merits are not tied to office attendance.
Period.
Merits though are not tied solely to performance. Associate pay vs market will dictate or negate a raise even with performing.
Hey, "Time2Strike", it's worth noting that your grammar and language skills are "Under Performing"! Perhaps you should spend your time on improving that versus speculating about RTO!
I’m not saying this isn’t going to happen in the future. i’m saying you aren’t being marked as underperforming now if you’re not in office two days a week. we are finalizing annual performance reviews right now and this isn’t happening.
“where are easily obtainable” - You must not work at TransUnion anymore if you think the staff in charge can get the data easy
People manager.. aka the last to know. It'll be coming down the ladder to you shortly, or up as the gossip will reach staff before you as sounds like you are out of the loop. Office days are going to be enforced. It'll start with a gcc before the end of the month.
Reports on swipe cards or which ip address is on the network from where are easily obtainable.
They still give shtty raises lol
you’re so full of sht. i’m a people manager and i’ve never gotten one report on my employees days in office for all of 2024. if it’s being monitored by badge swipes, you still dont have a leg to stand on-how do “they” know what days you have agreed pto or are sick? TU doesn’t use any sort of corporate time card monitoring system for PTO. stop spreading shtty lies like this.
