Ops main accomplishment over the past several years is sitting in a cube.
@ba, hey Jack Wagon nobody thinks Intel’s issues are solved by a single solution because they are vast.
In fact I think the interview questions were d-mbed down when they hired you.
Sounds like people on both sides who wanna come to the office and others who wanna still hang out at home this will be a tough nut to crack for Intel. We’ll see what they do. My money is on them telling people to come back. I think they want to force attrition as well.
Man - who the f is you ? So relentless with the bto posts...
Maybe we should lay off everyone who thinks the entire problem with Intel is that employees are hybrid. :) We don't need that kind of idiocy running around the company.
In fact, put it on an interview guide to avoid hiring people who think issues are solvable with a single solution.
It's day 6 you ja----s. Well into Jan ?? No wonder Intel is going down the drain
I am almost sure this BTO person is one person. A low life employee or ex employee

It seems like it's just 1 disturbed person who's infatuated with this idea. Keeps posting over and over again RTO. May be a lab rat who has to go in every day.
That would most likely just drive more talent away. I don’t understand why some people think demanding everyone back in the office will help at all.
