This company doesn't make money anymore. I doubt they can offer any reasonable raise.
Prepare for another round of layoffs or some similar sh-tshow.

Rewards cycle moved towards April with effects taking from June seems like a move in order to avoid giving us bad news. Or hoping for some magic to happen in the meantime.
