Purely an educated guess, but I'm going with the week of Jan 27.
First week of Feb for sales like clockwork. This company is only consistent in how terrible it is to it’s employees

Before bonus payouts and before the new fiscal year.
February, doesnt make sense to let you go before you finish a Half
Feb - most groups have to self fund budgets, promotions, etc. That money has to come from somewhere.
