How has Reorganization and Staffing Reductions Impacted
You - overloaded with work, when NCOE is almost as much as my 40 hrs., something is wrong with the company.
Your Family - They see me at dinner, I guess that's enough for Bill.
Coworkers - I don't have any left, either they were fired and replaced by POS Indians who do 0 work, took the buy out or retired.
Customers - F them, I'm here way more than needed. They wonder why I'm so short with them on the phone. I have gotten good saying No or I might get to that in a few months or next year.
Wish I could have taken the buy but wasn't allowed, you POS Bill.
F this company, I cannot wait to leave. I'm going to delete everything that I've created in the previous 15 years 40 days before I leave so there is no way to recover it. Deal with that you POS Bill.
I'm not hybrid but I've been demoted with a significant increase in responsibilities. After 18 years of joke raises and false promises it's now apparent that there is no where left to advance in this sh-t company. I'm out at the end of March regardless of my job status.
Know your worth.
Waking up in the middle of the night with panic attacks and a racing mind that won't allow you to fall back to sleep. Trying to find a work/life balance when more and more responsibilities are piled on and management conveniently forgets when it comes time for raises and bonuses. God, help you if your spouse is also in the midst of a corporate management greed driven reorganization. More health issues brought on by the increased stress and employer health care benefits cover less and less of the medical bills. Trying to save more income for a earlier retirement by foregoing entertainment and vacations. The future is only bright for the virtue-less that prey on the virtuous like a virulent inhuman disease.
The leadership of this company and this nation need to face the impact they are imposing on the lives of good people for their grandiose self-aggrandizement and understand they are everything that is wrong with America and they are diminishing the greatness of our American Dream. The Founding Fathers and Continental Army have spoken the Irrefutable Truth. Our future, our legacy, our way of life, our virtue are worth fighting for no matter the cost. Liberty, Equality and Justice for All is truly priceless.
