Outside of insider trading, it's hard enough to know what a stock or the market will do next month. Click bait article that no one will remember in 3 years when it doesn't double.

While that’d be good news but there is another way to look at it.
Citi stock to double in three years to catch up to the valuation and level of its banking peers who have been at the higher level for 10 years.

I’m not trying to be negative but let’s face it. Outstanding fantastic growth that “may” happen, while welcomed is just playing catchup to our peers. Just trying to recuperate from years worth of bad decisions that put us way behind our peers to begin with. While many may celebrate the growth, its done with a roll of the eyes along with “its about time, it took you long enough”.

After an initial rally when the lay offs were announced, Citi's stock hasn't budged much in the last 6 months.
What will drive the predicted growth?
