It’s almost comical to hear a manager ask that. Take a look around. Do you honestly think anyone here is paid enough to stick around in this miserable place?

I don't know where you work. But Shane and Jeff are a complete joke. One is a di-k head and the other is so lazy. There is no leadership there threats come from one and the other just ponies up to his buddies. They'll be fired. When commscope finds out their weak link

Go figure . Very bad leadership. I have been gone for about a year. I was fired because of a scrap reel. It's easy to pay a new employee $22 an hour instead of $27 an hour. This company will crumble make no mistake. They have such bad ideas d e i ask that guy what he makes 200 Grand a year. The fact a manager has said this is very disturbing but not that surprised,as alot of upper management have pushed extra workloads on staff and they simply don't care and out for themselves.why stay when used and abused with no rewards .
