Medicare for all is coming whether we like it or not. Universal Basic Income is also coming. All housing will be owned by the goverment and what you do for a living will be decided for you.
UH needs to be bought out by BCBS. While BCBS is not without issues, they are much better than UH.
Well golly I gotta pay a premium for medicare that increases with my age every year. Hmm maybe I will do medicare advantage since no premium. Oh the ignorance of the free lunch crowd. Good luck finding a primary care doctor with an open practice accepting medicare patients. Oh but the doctors are such angels and they care so much NOT
Do a little research on Medicare and you’ll quickly find out that it’s not what you think you’re asking for. First, it’s not free. Second, it only covers 80% of the medical costs with no out of pocket max and has limits to how many days it’ll cover in the hospital. Third, it has NO prescription coverage for medicine. Medicare isn’t the universal free healthcare that socialist countries have.
Yes the system needs a complete overhaul and de-corrupting but everyone on Medicare is definitely not the answer.
Sorry you drank the Kool-Aid. When everything in this country gets kick backs from the government it's time for us to get a kick back in a healthy life. You are nothing but a voice of corporate propaganda.
You realize medicare for all would be a disaster, right?
Or are you okay with waiting 2 years for a procedure?
Single payer works fine in small countries with a homogeneous demographic, but it would be wildly inefficient in the US.
The best alternative is a cash system controlled by supply & demand with prices up front.
Get rid of for profit health insurance. There is no need for them when we could have Medicare for all.
If you only knew what they do to their"people", disgusting!
Profit over people.
Its every insurance co and shady system
Wowwwww damn
