Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Baton Rouge oh Baton Rouge

Nothing changes ever. Bad leaders become worse and worse leaders become worst and get rewarded. Good leaders leave and we individual contributors suffer. Current SLS DH lot is probably the worst we have ever had. I say that, every lot is worst than before. What is the point of 360 feedbacks if no one is going to listen and take action. Pitty!

@fj they just forced him to retire. Hired in on 1972. Still had a flip phone and didn’t have a clue how to check his 401k or pension. Guys been losing money since the 90s!

When the freeze causes the entire complex to shut down, will any DHs and above be held accountable for their mismanagement of the units?

Doesn’t Br have a person that’s been working there for like 61 years? May want to move to CX they haven’t made there. Get to wear Union officer hats in their CC pics.

BTEC, baytown refining/chemical, mount belvue all sh-t holes run by related power hungry a holes. I have never seen so much nepotism, favoritism and dysfunction at any other places I have worked. Upstream had its problems but downstream is a complete disaster. I do not know how they get new employees to work in downstream.
