Another town hall invite landed today. Bracing myself for more lies and hyperboles how excited we all are to do more work with less and feed leaders with pointless papers. The results speak for themselves company sinking fast

They say.." reducing workforce but not to give more work to those that are left" They say" by stop doing things that are not necessary" Come in Management Leadership you streamline processes all the time, if you thought you had bad work does or processes say that and fix that then see if you can reduce the work force after you have a plan to do it that works. But no, you are a head chopper cuz it's the fastest way to cut costs on paper... Leaving all the existing work for those people left. Simple math calculations say you lie. People you let go, their work doesn't " magically" go away with them. You will hire new people at lower starting PO at to fill in. Makes me ill thinking about going to work tomorrow..
