Why are Banamex resources still working at Citi and making decisions affecting Citi? Shouldn’t they have already been separated to their orgs within Banamex? Citi is already in hot water dealing with risks and controls. Banamex resources are a big liability.

Yes. I see many Banamex FTEs are still in the Directory.
They're in my department and have worked in Citi for at least 3 years, some as long as 25 years.
I know for certain they're Not Contractors-Temps. They're Full-time Permanent employees.

Lots of people listed in the directory that aren't citi employees. Some are contractors for example. Poor source of information to base what's on Citi's payroll.
