Just got notified by my manager starting Monday, Channel is to be in office 5 days, 8 hours. Any other teams get this as well?

Sounds great, more opportunity to do less and get more steps in every day now walking around the building vs shackled to my laptop at home.
The confusion on RTO is epic! Some folks are screaming that it's fake news and others confirm their manager has dropped the news. I know people in both boats and they are both correct - some teams are told no worries and some are told to get in the office 5 days a week. What's the deal? How are they deciding what teams get 5 days a week and what teams are told not to worry?
so, this quarters results on site dashboard will be bad for most people. With the holidays and extended vacations and people seem to be working from home alot this month due to illness. They're working but not coming in out of respect to not infect everyone. I'm guessing most people will be in the red this quarter. Just shows how this tracking of people time is a complete waste of time for all. The nitwits at the top can't see this for some reason.
