I work for another large company where the CEO has decided to utilize the Musk Method of a 5 day return to office. Relocate to HQ and reapply for your job, go to an office with not enough desks, etc. Badge swipe monitoring, etc.
Just wondering since Tesla was the experiment for this hidden agenda to layoff folks (make them quit), has any of that changed for you guys or did it just get worse?
