Digital reorg has arrived Jan 2025

We are finally here at the cusp of the reorg. What are your predictions for the month ahead? what should be happening to solve our issues? what cuts do you think EE will actually sanction?

Does anyone know when we find out!? Freaking out right now about whether I have a job. I have always exceeded expectations but my current line manager doesn’t like me and seems to hate his own team so will probably try and take us all out :(

Fartcoin just hit 1.5 billion usd market cap. Just like failing microstrategy did a hail mary bitcoin strategic reaerve, maybe BP can build a strategic Fartcoin reserve to prevent further declinw in company value.

Some of the predictions here are mega doom and gloom. It won’t be as bad as people think. Contractors will be heavily cut. For staff it will come down to job role (ie. Nonsense support roles like arch and design) and location but even then it won’t be as bad as people think.

Gut the SSL ranks, especially in us. 50% or greater.
All the hidden “staff” in 3rd party contracts… gutted.
