There is no one left on the board or CLG who inspired me to stay. All getting paid crazy amounts but they are creating no value. Most of them are unqualified to do their jobs. Most of them talk sh-t about each other and the board and the board talks sh-t about them. They can't create a winning strategy so they restructure over and over again. Which one of them would you keep and who would you pray gets the boot?

I've been with adidas for 15 years and this is the worst shape I've seen the company in. In three of our most important markets, we only have one credible leader and that's Arthur. The so called CLG is a total joke. We have no chance of winning with inexperienced MD's in NAM and China. Colin and Zion should have never left. I hope the new CEO brings in people with deeper experience in these markets with proven capability at running businesses that are as complex and the size of what we should be in the US and China.
Martin should be the first one to go in fact. The kind of toxic environment he has created in his department is worse than all other functions. GOPS and Tech are the worst places to be in this company, because of who’s at the top, and who are in the hierarchy.
On top of it, he hasn’t delivered anything till now. The next big thing to go down will be S/4, and he will find a way to hold someone else accountable for the fiasco.
Martin is the only one worth keeping in fact I hope he gets the call for the big job. He's just a wonderful asset to the business, one of the good guys and has an under-appreciated sense of humour. The rest of them I could take or leave, the best I can say about Roland is that he is a pretty good at football and Harm is a bit of a bore. The others I don't know so well.
