I'm aware that I'm just wasting time here, but on the other hand, it's hard for me to start from scratch somewhere else. In any case, I am applying to other places because the rumors about cuts are getting louder.
It seems that no one has any more detailed information about possible target groups, so I wonder if there are perhaps some subtle signs or red flags to pay attention to indicating that one could become a target?

My manager also asked me if I wanted a package to leave and he told me that every ELT member is making deep cuts. This one is going to be big. Sadly they are doing it right before the holidays when nobody is hiring. My advise is to start looking for a new job and if a decent one comes along, take it. It's just a matter of time before we all get cut.
Two weeks ago, my manager checked me if I want to get RIF package in any case. He also checked the same with one of team member.
I was told to watch for programs getting cancelled from the roadmap. I’m very nervous.
