Has anyone else just checked out? Managers/supervisors have checked out?

How about the trust element of energy inaction? I trust them to put a kn--e in my back if given 1/2 a chance. And then to laugh and brag about it in their fancy country club.
Salaried “People Leader” Employees = hourly pay schedule plus 20% with no paid overtime, 24/7/365 on call including nights/weekends/vacation/holidays (via company IPhone). Lunch hours do not count - even if it’s written in the new policy if they are not taken at your desk. So lunch meetings to fit in things like coaching direct reports, providing mentoring, meeting with vendors to discuss KPIs and problem resolution are done on the employee’s unpaid time. HR’s only job (and I do mean only) is to prevent P66 from being sued, so zero support for the supervisor.
And they’re not getting support or information either. Anyone who speaks up is labeled as “difficult to work with” and energy in action (I really like energy inaction) applying 50% of a persons “How” gives the excuse for cr---y ratings. It’s called “fed up”.
Ha! “Energy inaction” is THE best comment I’ve read on the P66 thread. Ever. Thanks for making my day.
Energy inaction
It’s called quiet quitting.
Yeah, for a while now. Curious to see what opportunities come out of the other side of this goat rope, but definitely operating at about 20% of capacity right now. Will jump ship for the first decent opportunity that presents itself.
