I feel stupid spending time driving in. I feel stupid spending all day on-site, never talking face-to-face with anyone there (since my meetings are via Teams, usually with other geos). Then I feel stupid driving home. Why do I feel this way? Because it's stupid!

If there’s one thing I will absolutely NOT stand for, it’s slander of Sir Topham Hatt (aka the Fat Controller). He EARNED his position through HARD WORK and GRIT, and you would do well to show some RESPECT! Can’t believe these millennials these days smh my head!

Hang in there for the transition/hand-over to India. The timeframe for that is 3 months (i.e. by the end of the year). Also keep in mind that the Tibco folks are in the same boat having the core (and difficult) responsibility of wholly integrating Citrix business model onto Tibco’s systems and platforms.

The question is why you have fallen for the stupid ploy to make you worse off financially and mentally just to please the fat controller? Its like he's done it to gas light you into quitting so he doesn't have to pay you off.
