Bayway just shuffled their maintenance dept. Totally ridiculous, slashed job titles and created equally useless titles to move people around. Tripled some workloads and everyone else in the dark about job responsibilities in their new roles. Total mess this is what happens when engineers run the place and they no longer promote from within. Zero faith in the RLT.

Any layoffs associated with this transformation at Bayway?
So far just Salary. Only so much can be done with the union workers.
@Wompwomp who did they shuffle around? Craftsmen / fitters, salaried folk, or everyone?
