Woke Inc. rolling out more "benefits" for employee wellness.. Well start off by not working them to death and paying them decently. They're just wasting money on these stupid programs when they should be looking at the root cause.

Macys like most companies nowadays care about the bottom line before your well being. Have to see if the Fulfillment experiment works out in the stores that are undergoing a major expansion. If not then no doubt they will be closing locations. Online is really what’s keeping this company going as well as several other retailers
Well part of the root cause is that Macy*s isn't exactly a leader in retail anymore. Expect the major changes every year (like most retailers) to reduce cost and potential closing's.
