Do you think any of the National union leaders ever get on here to read what’s been posted? If they do I just want them to know how worthless they are for selling out their members. They probably think we don’t see through their games as far as pushing any potential strike past the midterm elections then using the excuse of “congress would of just stopped us from striking.” So what dirtbags, force congress to stop a strike, that’s YOUR job!!!

I once asked a few union officials at a meeting what were they doing to restore our ability to strike WITHOUT anyone having the legal option of ordering us back to work. They sat there stunned and speechless, the thought never even occurred to any of them. After they stammered and re-collected themselves one of em said “that’ll never happen”. I then asked them when did it become more lucrative to represent the worker than to BE the worker? They didnt even try to offer an answer to that one, just claimed they were running out of time.

Naw, they have time, after this contract they upgraded and bought a new money counting machine.
If you don’t like them; vote them out. No right to complain if you aren’t involved in who represents you.

RLA absolutely worse thing that ever happened to railroad workers. If a union can’t strike then what leverage does it have? Short answer... NONE!! I really don’t understand why the carriers ever offer anything at all, I mean truly if they offered zero pay raises and zero concessions what’s the worst that could happen? PEB would give the workers a sh---y contract, so what. Question of the day, why do the carriers even offer anything? I wanna know.
I doubt they take time to read any comments on this forum because their too busy counting those Benjamin’s! Ha got em!
