Kiss of death. CEO in a meeting this week was asked about possible layoffs. He stated that the company was doing good and did foresee any layoffs. And if there was any layoffs, that he would tell them in person. Today, Friday, Coupa has laid off some employees already.

"Yeah, again, nice try. Such immaturity. This is an anonymous forum. Don’t hide behind confidentiality bull cr-p. Either provide proof, or stop spreading p-o.". Hey douche. Where is Rob? Oh yeah, email went out today and layoffs are starting. But I guess I'm a liar, right???
Yeah, again, nice try. Such immaturity. This is an anonymous forum. Don’t hide behind confidentiality bull cr-p. Either provide proof, or stop spreading p-o.
Replying to "Again, no evidence of layoffs. Business shifts happen all the time. The person who wrote a 2 part post. Can you at least specify which groups were fired to hire in lower cost areas?" Really? You must work for management or you are totally oblivious of reality. But if you must know. this person did not get fired. this person got laid off with a severance package and they made this person sign a disclosure statement so i will not disclose in what team this person worked for. But from what i was told, they hired 3 more people (same position, cheap labor) about a month later after this person got laid off. And that is normal business operation everywhere. This has happened before, you swap high end salary for cheap salary. it is not personal, it is business. One more thing, what is your definition of a "Shift". To me, a shift is when you move people around. Getting laid off is not a "shift". take a look at all of these other posts and wake up and smell the coffee.
Again, no evidence of layoffs. Business shifts happen all the time. The person who wrote a 2 part post. Can you at least specify which groups were fired to hire in lower cost areas?
The biggest layoff is coming. Vista will buy Coupa, replace Rob, cut the bloated expenses, eliminate quarterly losses and finally run a good company without all the rah-rah bullsh-t of the Coupa Village and it's Village Id--ts.
part 2 to the "person" who wrote the following: "There were no layoffs. Sh-t performers get canned as usual, but I don't see any evidence of a layoff. Nice try, competitor!". I also forgot to mention. in the latest layoff that occurred on 10/09/2022. They (the Coupa Family") make you sign a waiver letting you know that you cannot criticize management and the company or you will not get severance package. I guess by me posting this, the Good Coupa Family will somehow remove this post like they did to the previous one. There is no loyalty at Coupa to its employees and there is no Empathy at all.
replying to the "person" who wrote the following: "There were no layoffs. Sh-t performers get canned as usual, but I don't see any evidence of a layoff. Nice try, competitor!" First of all, I am not a competitor nor do I work with the competition, I am simply stating the facts. So I could assume that you work with Coupa Management and I guess in your world "Shuffling" does not mean layoffs. Well "Shuffling" and "Layoffs" are the same. When somebody is let go, that in my books and in the books of many it equals a layoff. And guess what happened on Wednesday. More layoffs at Coupa. And they did not get rid of "S-it performers". They got rid of good workers to hire cheaper labor. I posted something earlier but i am pretty sure the Coupa "Family" must of complaint and removed my post. So this is a cleaner post..
There were no layoffs. Sh-t performers get canned as usual, but I don't see any evidence of a layoff. Nice try, competitor!
Shhhh. You can't talk about fight club
This is confirmed but Coupa is flooding the internet with positive news stories to throw off the scent of the layoffs.
