I remember a few months ago how good it would be to join the union and how we would all stick together and get what we wanted. Just wondering how many folk got what they wanted and how many of those union members are now working OT to cover the reduced shifts? Let's hear ya's???

Working OT to cover dropped shifts equates to working your normal shift pattern and being paid more for it. Do the maths.
