Curious to those in the sale orgs at either tibco/Citrix, have you been told there is a role for you? Im sure there are teams being built out now and I'm curious if people are getting the heads up they are safe.

I've heard that the ibi teams are being selected now. No, I was not one of the ones that have heard anything. No idea about Citrix or Tibco.
For Tibco side, have a look at their erudite and see the quantity of all jobs moving to India. This will affect both companies…
Citrix sales here. I guess it depends on who you ask or what day it is. It’s safe to assume my team, department does not fit into the new BU model. So, our specific org bi longer exists. What happens next is anyones guess. The story keeps changing, assurances come and go. Each day comes a new moment of dispair or hope. It’s been an exhausting few weeks. I’m just going to sit tight and sell until I am told I am safe. Or asked to leave. 🤷♂️
