Thread regarding CVS layoffs

How's IT?

I'm seeing a lot of openings and a recruiter reached out. I appreciate the transparency on the pay range but it's hard to research companies like this where a large portion of the data you encounter is niche (e.g. people working in the stores and not at the corporate level)

How's the company culture ? Benefits? Trajectory? Pay seems good so I'm curious what people have to say.

Get the point. The company is horrible. It will drain you day after day. Understaffed, the district leaders only care about bonuses and sucking a-s. There are openings bc people quit and find other jobs.

Worst benefits I’ve ever had in a corporate environment.
Raises are intentionally trash, and it’s an inside joke about how everyone is overworked and paid so low.

If you are think about employment at CVS think again. As another commenter said the culture is horrible. The company is just no good period

Idk about IT specifically but the company and culture are horrible. Just read these threads or go to Reddit and you will get a sense of things.
