I sincerely hope that this time they will not cut the best ones that every prosperous company would like to keep at any cost, to the benefit of those who only pretend to be doing something and do not add any value. Good luck everyone!

A layoff is a whole different ball of wax when you're h1b and should probably be part of the consideration when choosing who to lay off.
If the list is from Indian managers. Pretty sure will be the best ones to let go.
