I just wonder how long will the employees have to deal with unrealistic expectations, because only for so long can one person do a job that should be done by two or three people. It's not sustainable in the long run.
I will give notice in a few days. I am too tired of this company and the management which does not even care that projects are done well. If they did care, they would know that quality work cannot be expected from a person who does triple workloads.

Treat yourself like a business and decisions for what’s best for you and your family. CS is making business decisions, why can’t you? People have seen the writing on the wall for sometime now and refuse to accept reality. Don’t get hung out to dry thinking woulda-shoulda-coulda…. If it’s best for you move on, don’t second guess yourself or look back, just go. You will be happier. Good luck to you.
