Just let go of a significant chunk of our global TA team. The scale was not so large, and seems to be exclusively limited to TA. This follows closure of roughly half the open headcount for the rest of the year.
The layoff itself was not such a big deal, but it was executed and communicated extremely poorly. Communication and decision making across the board for this company is terrible, and a lot of that stems from our C-Suite, where our COO is pretending to be a lawyer rather than keeping things flowing smoothly. CEO is still amazing, but it's clear that he cannot run this beast by himself. Here's hoping for a big shake-up at the top!
