I'm shocked at how quickly this place turned from a normal to a toxic environment. I used to enjoy my job and now I hate having to even think about work and having to deal with all the politics and general abuse dished out by management. I can't wait for the day I get to say goodbye to this place.

Boo hoo. What area is this with such politics and abuse by management? Which wrong direction is the company going in? Quit or lean in and make it better.
It's been going in the wrong direction for a very long time!
One of my team members just left because of this feeling. She was with the company since college, starting as an intern, and made her way up to P3 and told me she has felt the company is going in a bad direction and it's not the same as when she started.
