I can't believe that there are people who would like to be rehired here after the company previously got rid off them without thinking twice about it. Some say that there are but I can't believe it's true.

If profits aren’t the only driving force why were there so many layoffs? Profits do matter for a company bleeding money and no significant contracts on the horizon… GA workers keep praying for an extended war to breakout in Ukraine
GA doesn’t care about just meeting deadlines and performance. GA cares about people! You don’t have to be the best worker or manager to get promoted at GA! You don’t have to meet deadlines or stay on budget to get promoted at GA! Compassion and diversity are just as important if not more important! So if you are looking for diversity and not just bottom line performance GA is the place to be! Being profitable should not be the only thing that matters at a company and GA proves that profits aren’t the only driving force!
There is nothing wrong with going back to GA… I was let go and had a very hard time finding a job… my skills were very outdated and I am an older worker … unemployment was running out and I needed to find something fast… the problem was no one had any use for my skill set…. GA called me back and I came lrunning! It’s great to be at a place that values older workers and older workers skill sets! GA doesn’t rush anyone and is very understanding why deadlines are missed! It’s great to be back at an understanding company where the bottom lines and performance aren’t the only things that matter
