Kick out all the GE cloned senior leaders who just play the metrics tick box game, fake leaders with no clue how to actually lead anything bar a spreadsheet, which someone else does for them.

Did you people ever wonder why you nearly went bankrupt when you had so much work and top-notch equipment? Seems like incompetence big time but there are other reasons also but I don’t expect BH are clever enough to expose them..
I’ve worked for baker for 20 years and hate GE as much as anyone. But if you think BHI was all sunshine and roses before GE came in you’re all id--ts. We were in a fast track to bankruptcy and near shut down. They shored up our pensions and provided much needed cash flow. Granted GE is awful, but without them even fewer of us would have jobs. To pretend otherwise is just gross ignorance. Feel free to criticize as you want, but make no mistake BHI doesn’t exist without GE intervention.

GE took one look at the mess in Aberdeen and decided they didn’t want it so they shut all ops down and kicked everyone out. What a shambles.

No offices / employees in Dyce, Stoneywood, Bridge of Don and Portlethen then?
BH has offices all over the world but no office and no employees in Aberdeen. Is that becuz too many f-ups so they kicked you all out for incompetence or you dunno?
If it's Montrose COE here goes.
- Get rid of the dead wood.
- Get rid of the union members / supporters.
- N/A as you have already fixed 50% of the problems with 1 & 2.
- Get rid of the people that have been 'open to work' on LinkedIn for over a year but are still working there.
- Get rid of the guys that say they hate the place and want to leave but are still working there.
- Get rid of the slackers that don't put in any effort. This has been highlighted by some of the workers that have moved from Brent to Chay Road. Not mentioning any names but a certain person in QC needs to be booted out.
- If all of the above are looked at by management then the company will be a much better place to work, production will go up and orders will start flooding back in.

GE dumped their deadwood onto baker so they either keep them or get rid of them but the severance cost is baker’s. Nice move - GE outsmarted Bh here. Blaming GE for baker’s under-performance is a convenient excuse as Bh were going downhill anyway due to bad management. The culture in this place has always been to blame someone else.
We need to be a happy family again we can achieve this by joining committees and forums and any other group that needs our support. This is the way ahead(sarcasm)
Remove all the former GE executives, including LS. We simply gave GE a place to put them and it's obvious, we got the culls, not the good ones
