They must know how we feel, right? You wouldn't even need to read this forum to sense the general atmosphere at Lowe's. Are Marvin and the rest really that blind to this situation or do they simply not care?

I heard about this site, Reddit, and the defunct topix site from management. We had a couple of cool asms when I was with Lowe’s. One left to go to Home Depot and the other manages a pet store.
New years resolution should be to unionize this company. Take the stores back from the home depot rejects, get a actual cost of living increase and better working conditions.

Two of our store's ASMs told us about this message board. They both post and dont care anymore.

Look what Marvin has done to this company since 2019.
Got rid of PSI, FSA, Assemblers, Flat bed drivers, Electrical and Plumbing Pro gone, Plumbing specialist, customer concentric scheduling getting 1 weekend off every 2 months, lucky if you get 2 days off in a row, and more to come
