Who would of thought that things could get even crazier. Absolutely no one knows what is going on here. Employees getting secretly moved to new positions, employees being threatened to produce more, morale at an all time low, rumors of more layoffs in January, new management in THMG who doesn’t tell anyone what is going on, rumors of the system being sold, and the list keeps on growing.
Reading Hospital only cares about productivity anymore. Quality, service, etc are all a very far second. This system is literally falling apart. Employees worried about getting laid off, good workers looking to leave, all employees are overworked, etc.
All this while the suits sit up in the VF Building not having a clue what is going on. The new COO of Tower Health hasn’t been seen. I don’t think he has any idea what is going on.
Tower Health is in a very sad state. If any executive sees this message, please do something. Us hard working employees are begging you.
