Thread regarding Western Digital Corp. layoffs

Have you had any positive experiences with HR?

Or are they not very helpful with employee concerns?

The Cisco HR rejects don't like people and it shows in the way they treat their own team. They are toxic and a cancer in this company which is sad because we need that function to be strong to help us drive our business objectives. Instead, they are a useless distraction, so maybe we should just outsource CB's role and save the company millions of dollars as the ROI on her is pathetic.

I would say neutral. Kind of like how i would rate my healthcare. They service us, but only care if we become a liability.

I didn’t see you already answered your own question in the second paragraph.

Remember...HR is not here for employees..but for the corporation! They are never your friend.
