I can't wait to leave this place so I don't have to witness rampant favoritism on daily basis. Managers no longer hide their favoritism nor their animosity. Terrible. How do you even deal with rampant favoritism here? It seems the only right way is to leave.

I worked there a few years ago. It is much worse than favoritism. My branch manager was a favorite and was allowed to treat me horribly. She was never sorry, only offered personal information about her horrible life and health issues. These people have made me more grateful for my family, friends and past and present co-workers. Thank God these people aren't related to me.
