The TINO (Board of Directors, ELT, and mgmt directors & above, from the last 7 years and especially now) destroyed everything that Teradata stood for.
They epitomized incompetency & management by fear, sowed division, and foster a culture of politics and mistrust. They enrich themselves and their friends at the expense of everyone that do the work without any conscience. This is why layoffs will continue.
Never mind what they say in all hands meetings, judge them by their actions and results for yourself.
