Used to be great food, now I feel disappointed every time I eat at any of the cafes. Lower food quality and smaller portions. Sad.

Just eat at the Salad Bar, man. Often fresh, high quality.
I don't recall Eurest having decent cafeteria food anywhere I've worked, QCOM included. It was also pretty expensive.
OP has a point, I wouldn't feel the sense of belonging to a company if the food quality is subpar.
You are surprised? Less people at the office means they need to cut corners somewhere.
People in this forum are worried about getting laid off. You worry about the food quality?
