Quest HAS / healthcare analytics Sol had several layoffs at short notice in April and beyond. The group is dysfunctional and nepotism is rampant. the products are non existent and buyer beware. stay away from any Quest analytics. its a sham!
HR is a revolving door and a joke with a clueless dimwit reading off a script.
additionally they reassigned folks that kiss a the most into leadership for something that they have zero experience in and got rid of the folks that actually do the work and who had payer experience.
Quest IT and strategy is way behind on technology and data. they are clueless bunch of folks who spend hours on a basics like an interface when the world is moved on advanced analytics AI/ML / NLP/ LLM. they could use a leadership revamp in IT.
RFP/ Hospital team operates like they are stuck in the 80's culture. they are not proactive and only good for order taking.
Quest underpays its lab / hourly employees while leadership in many a department are overpaid to no nothing!!!
