I've had worse experiences than here, but I see that many people write that BH is the worst company they've ever worked for.

Baker died a long time ago. When the CEO sold his soul for a very golden parachute, the hard working were cut to the bone. In coming were not wanting to make a profit. They wanted a tax deduction. And then, when all was lost, they back away and said " we just can not make it work". By then those who had "Baker Blue in their blood", were laid off or if they were smart, left for a better company. In my humble opinion, the reputation of Baker's good name was what they were all counting on, but they blew it when they changed the way trusted employees worked. (my opinion only, from my side of the fence). I am proud to say I had worked for Baker Oil Tools. But I don't claim this new company, it id not the Baker I know.
Basically the SLT will crawl over their dying mother to F—- their sister, if it means the company can pay an inflated dividend that bears no relation to how profitable the company is in that quarter. It was bearable before the merger, but now it’s like living and working in a sewer, with a gaggle of bare faced lying b——— in management squatting above it, racing frantically to fill it.
Because we promote mental health awareness and sociopaths, how many times have I got to say it?
Work for mongs
It’s not just mgrs who didn’t know what they were doing. It was all over the place. People unqualified or poorly trained or just didn’t want to know. When you get surrounded by incompetence and laziness the only result is decline.
Our employees are likely exhausted seeing us do less with more than 99% of other competitors
I used to think that zombies were a fictional creation for b-movies but now I’m not so sure. They seem to thrive in this place.
Idjuts (not from around here!) that could barely spell "supply chain" were in charge of running Supply Chain. This led to the experienced hands making a run for it.
S&O is definitely the worst job in my life. Horrible toxic place to work. Hated it pretty much all the time I was there. Cr-p management, no support, left on your own to muddle through the best you could the blindside by criticism for stuff you didn’t even realise was your responsibility
Cut my hours while cost of living is at an all time high, whilst paying out millions to the top dogs that are running the company in to the ground. Not that I’m bitter about it or anything. 👿
Lot of managers didn’t know the business so couldn’t discuss anything because they wouldn’t understand what you were saying. No one is surprised aberdeen lost all their work and baker had to shut them down. So many service offices and workshops closed and heaps of people laid off.
