I think they are going fully in house. Instead of using Crossmark, they are hiring part time help to service the stores. A lot of part time positions are available across the country.
Where did you hear this news. Is it for the entire nation or certain parts.
Effective today april 8th 2023 the Hershey dedicated team at Crossmark is being eliminated. Hershey is also restructuring their internal grocery chain sales team as well. This will probably involve downsizing and pay cuts.
