Nov 14 2023 CEO Lisa Atherton announced a voluntary separation plan for employees. Pilots and engineers were excluded from this voluntary separation plan. Employees will be separated from the company 2 Jan 24.
I can't believe there are still parts to complete aircraft. There are shortages in everything from tires, environmental, Collins and Honeywell equipment, paint, fasteners, so many parts on shortage. And, and, CPD and the parts personnel are almost as bad as DNC. I'm sure something will break. But, business as usual. It's been extremely busy.
The attrition rate is so high there won't be a need.
They are coming. 30% reduction next year
