This thread is for info about potential BP layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Well, dunno about BP itself, but in Castrol we have no doubts that another reorganization and layoffs are coming for us in 2023. Michelle Jou stopped denying it. I am guessing it will happen before april, so that the pay increases do not apply to those that will be let off
Keep in mind they have big expense reduction target by 2025.
