Anyone would care to chime in with a prediction about potential Convergys layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

It’s a third party contract based company. The only way to stay on with this company is to produce the numbers needed to satisfy the contract and don’t have any corrective actions or attendance issues. All 3 of those factors is what determines your future employment. Even if you succeed all 3, don’t step on upper management and HR is not for the employees. Your welcome!
