Hope it’s GTM overhead roles like “enablement” directors who take credit for other peoples work, methodically manage to RIF a huge chunk of an org so she could then be the one left and in charge…. Funny that all her screwups magically get blamed on others. She is always squeaky clean..maybe because snakes shed their skin often..when I left I took great pleasure shredding and purging anything related to Teradata. Donated the tacky tshirts, sold my stock at $50 and never looked back.

Not too early. There will be a waive, early in quarter one. The names of those who will be affected have already been communicated to HR.

Word on the street is between 25% and 35% across all functions so effectively a third of the employee base….
