So, after getting gainshare numbers it isn't looking good. It plumetted last week bad! I'm not sure about layoffs, I haven't heard anything but I wouldn't say it won't happen. I think anything is on the table now. This is where we should be cutting our expenses and save as much as we can. We make good money working for progressive.

There's not going to be any mass layoffs. Average tenure has been cut in half over the last few years and turnover is extremally high for new hires. There's a reason they're hiring like crazy and extended the new hire process to 6 months.

Don't be fooled. They are most definitely coming very soon. Poor revenue results and insider talk from the top says they are most definitely in the works.
