Lloyds Banking Group is planning to axe up to 2800 jobs as a part of Ron Van Kemenade’s efforts to move a lot of management overheads and responsibilities to the engineering / developer teams. PMs, Scrum Masters, Implementation managers are seeing their jobs go just in time for Christmas. Moreover, the LBG management is forcing people to relocate as it restricts the locations from where they can work depending upon the departments, platforms or programmes you are a part of.
