The activist investors are demanding 20% and it is looking like they will get that.

TCI Fund Management, an activist hedge fund, sent a letter to Alphabet's management in which it expressed its belief that the number of employees employed by the company was excessively high. In the letter, TCI Fund Management demanded that Alphabet engage in aggressive cost cutting.
